By using NUTHN PRFKT, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's cool—but you probably shouldn't use the site.

WHAT THIS IS

NUTHN PRFKT is a platform for underground music discovery, artist showcases, and community events. We're here to connect artists and fans, not to be a typical corporate platform.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Culture first. Respect is non-negotiable. When participating in NUTHN PRFKT events or community spaces:

  • Treat everyone with respect
  • No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Support the artists—don't exploit them
  • Keep it real—no fake engagement or manipulation

Violation of these standards may result in removal from events and the community. We take this seriously.

ARTIST SUBMISSIONS

When you submit music to NUTHN PRFKT:

  • You confirm you own the rights to your music
  • You give us permission to share your music on our platform and social channels for promotional purposes
  • You retain full ownership of your work
  • You can request removal at any time

EVENTS & TICKETS

  • All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled
  • If we cancel an event, you'll get a full refund
  • Ticket resale is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry for any violation of community standards
  • Event locations are kept secret until day-of for In The Round events

MERCHANDISE

  • All sales are final except for defective items
  • Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days
  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The NUTHN PRFKT name, logo, and original content are our property. Don't use them without permission. Artist content belongs to the artists—reach out to them directly for licensing.

LIMITATIONS

We do our best, but we can't guarantee the site will always work perfectly. We're not liable for any indirect damages from using NUTHN PRFKT. Use common sense.

CHANGES

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of NUTHN PRFKT means you accept the updated terms.
