Eli is the kind of person that rooms form around. Not because he asks for it, but because people just want to be where he is.
Conversations turn into collaborations. Ideas turn into songs. Strangers turn into family. He has this way of making things happen just by being present and giving a shit.
But here's the thing about Eli: he'd hate us even writing that. He doesn't think about it. He just sees people, gets excited about what they're making, and wants to be part of it. It's that simple to him.

LYRICALLY, HE TURNS COMPLICATED FEELINGS INTO SOMETHING CLEAN AND SHARP. HE TAKES THE SIMPLEST MOMENTS AND FILLS THEM WITH ACHING DEPTH.
Beautiful in that way that knocks the wind out of you and leaves you wiped and grateful for it. His songs don't just sound vulnerable, they bleed vulnerability. They open a door into his world for a few minutes at a time, and stepping through it hits you with this visceral, almost electric feeling. A rare glimpse into another human being's actual inner life.
Take OMENS for example. It's this anthemic queer self-worth stomper that refuses to apologise for existing. Or ROUGH AND SLOW perfectly captures what it feels like to want someone so badly it aches. His words paint these tiny scenes, snapshots of a memory, and he does it in a way that makes you feel like you were standing right there with him.
The work ethic is relentless. He's the guy still tweaking a mix at 2am, still writing, still sending voice notes about ideas he can't shake. It's infectious. You find yourself pushing harder just to keep up. And live? We've never seen anyone better. He's a force. Raw, electric, impossible to tear your eyes away from. We tell everyone: if you get the chance to see Eli perform, go. There's genuinely no one else like him.
FRIENDSHIP
Some people come into your life and just change it forever. Eli is that person for many of us. He sees things in you that you've not even discovered yet. If you're in the room with him, you need to be the most honest version of yourself because he has this amazing radar for knowing when you're not. He doesn't ask this of you verbally. You just can't fake stuff around him. Jack said it best: "What a fu*king friend. This guy is a real motherfucker. I genuinely believe I'm the luckiest person to be able to work with him."
